Shipping within Spain

 

Each client shop has individual shipping policies:

• Sporting Son Ferrer - all items will be available for collection from the club.

• Es Pas Club d' Equitaciò - all items will be available for collection from the club. 

• Rancho Fino Rescue - items will be shipped when ready via chosen shipping method

 

 

International Shipping 

• International shipping is only available for items purchased from the Rancho Fino Rescue collection - shipping is only available within the EU

 

Shipping for ThreadWorks orders placed offline

• Shipping is handled by United Parcel Service, and is charged at cost to the customer. Items are shipped once production is complete and final payment received. Delivery and production times are depended on the order and destination. ​

• Local collection and delivery for all orders placed in Mallorca.

Refund and exchange policy 

All sales where the product has been personalized are final, there are no refunds or exchanges available once the item has either been printed, embroidered or alterated per the customers requirements. Items that have not been altererd in anyway can be returned or exchanged at the customers expense within 15 days. These items must be unworn and in orginal condition with packaging and tags

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If there are any damages or incorrect items contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. 

 

Cancellation policies:

Once an order has been confirmed in writing, with payment of a deposit or full payment, the order cannot be cancelled for any custom item. Items that are not being customized can be cancelled within 7 days and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
